Questions
What photo works best?
A clear, well lit photo of your child looking at the camera, with nothing covering the face. Up to three photos from different angles help us get the likeness right. Selfies, group photos and sunglasses make it harder.
How long does the preview take?
Usually a minute or two. We paint the first five pages right away, free, so you can see your child in the book before deciding anything.
Can I change a page I don't like?
Yes. Ask for a new version of any page and, if you like, tell us in a few words what to change, like "a bigger smile". You can swipe between the versions and keep the one you love. After you order, you review every page and approve the book before it goes to print.
What happens to my child's photos?
They are stored encrypted and used only to make your book. If you don't order, the photos and preview are deleted automatically within three days. After your book is made, the photos are deleted within 30 days. Write to support@playkraftco.com at any time and we will delete everything.
What does the book look like?
An 11 × 8 inch landscape book on thick 200 gsm paper, printed in rich colour. It is made to be read at bedtime for years.
How long does delivery take?
Books are printed after you approve them and usually arrive within 7 to 10 working days anywhere in India.
